It has recently come to my attention that many people are still furious that Mike Vick is in the NFL. After Mike Vick signed an 100 million dollar deal to play with the Eagles the topic of should he be allowed back has come up once again. I believe that if you serve the time for what you did wrong and turn your life around for the better you should be given another shot. I'm not saying that in anyway way I condone any of Mike Vick's actions in the past but I feel like he should be forgiven. Even if you don't like him as a player or person you should not hold something over his head forever. I also think if Mike Vick slips up again after being given a second chance he should not be allowed back in the NFL.

ReplyDeleteI believe what Mike Vick did was wrong, that being said I also believe that he is doing everything in his power to right his wrong. Some people will never forgive him and I think he has learned to live with that. Personally I love Mike Vick and think he is a great football player and deserves everything he has recently gotten. I also agree with you that if he makes another huge mistake, it shows that he really has not changed and just did it all for show. In his case two chances is enough.

ReplyDeleteI don't agree with what Mike Vick did, but it's in the past and I think people need to stop bringing it up. He's a great player and he's doing well and helping the Eagles so I think fans should start cheering for him and stop criticizing him for what he's done.
